Probate: We handle your probate case from start to finish.  We charge a flat fee based on the complexities of your probate situation, which may include an estate without a Will, paying last taxes, issues finding heirs, multiple personal representatives, getting the documents you need, accessing the deceased's bank and investment accounts, dealing with DSHS liens on the estate, and enabling you to be compensated from the estate for your time spent as executor, before creditors are paid.

Family Wills and Powers of Attorney: We gather information from you either via video or email, as you choose.  We also have affordable estate planning packages costing $1000 for one party, or $1500 for both you and your spouse or partner, provided the second party's Will is not significantly different from your own. Will packages typically include the following:

• Last Will and Testament

• General Durable Power of Attorney

• Health Care Power of Attorney

• Health Care Directive

• Tangible Assets Gift Letter

• Up to 3 copies of documents in addition to the original.

 

Standard Trusts: We can provide you with a personalized Revocable or Irrevocable Trust document.

Family Law: Divorce, custody, child support, modifications, alimony/maintenance, and any hearings that go along with family law cases typically require a retainer. We have been working almost exclusively in Family Law since 2009.
