PROBATE AND WILLS: We handle your testate or intestate probate for your deceased loved one for a reasonable flat fee, depending on the complexity of your case. In addition, for those doing estate planning, our will packets are complete and affordable. We provide your Last Will and Testament, General Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive for a flat fee of $1,000.00 the entire packet. This includes originals, copies, and a notary public.

Meet Our Attorney
OUR ATTORNEY, TERESA KEENE, has been in private law practice continuously since 2009 as Canyon Law Office in Colfax, Washington, then in Sedro Woolley, Washington, and since 2019 in Spokane as Keene Law.
Keene Law specializes in family law and estate planning. Prior to opening her law practice, Teresa Keene was a Public Defense Attorney with the Spokane County Public Defender’s Office and a Deputy Prosecutor with the Whitman County Prosecutor’s Office. She was also City Prosecutor for Sedro Woolley.
Teresa graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 2007. Prior to law school, she graduated Magna Cum Laude, B.A. from Eastern Washington University.
In an earlier life, Teresa was a WSU Master Gardener. During this time she wrote a gardening column and a gardening book. She was also a freelance writer of short fiction and editor of her basement science fiction magazine, “Keen Sci-Fi.”
Teresa is married with two adult sons, and lives in Spokane with her husband, three dogs and a cat.
